video that cover the lecture of the notes.
Also work on problems 42, 44, 46, 50, 54, and 56. These problems are due
by midnight on Wednesday, April 8th. Reminder: We do not have a class meeting on
Thursday, April 9th.

The fourth set of notes
are over The Aufbau Principle and The Periodic Table. Please review the notes and read pages
322-329 in the text book. To help in
understanding the notes, you need to look at the periodic tables on the bottom
of page 326 and the top of page 327.
Then re-watch the video: Electronic
Structure of the Atom. Do
problems #83, 85, 86, 87, 88. Do BOTH the electron
configurations and orbital diagrams for all the
elements regardless of whether they only ask for one or the other. This assignment will be due by midnight
on Thursday, April 23rd.
